Ron Stock “The Boss” View |
| Founder of C&S Capital Corp. Personal Motto, “Hard work equals success.” He is a true car guy through and through. Started his first business at the age of 20 and has owned and operated car dealerships, salvage yards, Cattle Farms, Horse Farms, and restaurants over the years (He won’t let us tell you his age, but we can tell you, years = many years.) Today he still buys the majority of the cars that are sold on the lot at C&S. This is great for our customers, because he is by far one of the pickiest guys you will ever meet. (Good thing he doesn’t use computers, so he’ll never know what we told you.) |

Dustin Stock “El Güero” (pronounced “Wher-oh”) View |
| This guy is so knowledgeable rumor has it that at 18 years of age he was on the verge of coming up with a solution for the world’s dependency on oil, but made a poor decision to attend the University of Kansas to get his degree in Finance. After graduation at the age of 22 he started his first business to share his expertise with customers in the Kansas City area. All our customers seek his insight and ingenuity when it comes to their insurance, financing, and car needs. Stop by and see him, you never know you might learn something |
Tommy “the-jack-of-all-trades” Henderson View |
| Detail, buff, polish, PDR, keys, sales, mechanical and cosmetic inspections…if it has to do with a car, Tommy does it better than anyone. A perfectionist by nature, he controls the order of the car lot. Try to find one car out of line, you can’t! If you have any questions about features, functions, and/or gadgets on your new car, then Tommy is your guy. If he doesn’t already know the answer then he’ll figure it out for you. |
Joe Hostetler “the mad mechanic” View |
| Gidgets, gadgets, gizmos, giros, and anything else you can put on a car, this man can fix. He is an electrical wizard who can trace every wire throughout an entire car and locate the smallest of problems. Be careful though, this tedious work changes his moods rather rapidly, so we have to keep him caged in his own area away from all the other characters. |
John “the doctor” Towns View |
| An ASE Certified Master Mechanic, “the doctor” is a diagnostic machine. We bought him all this high powered computer diagnostic equipment and sent him to school to learn how to use, and the tools are still in their boxes collecting dust on the shelf. 30 years of training and working still make the human brain more powerful than any computer. On a side note we also call him the doctor because he goes to the doctor more than anyone we have ever known. Maybe he is getting performance enhancing pharmaceuticals for mechanics. |
Adam Aadland “Junior” View |
| He is the next generation in auto technicians at C&S Capital. Still new to the job he is training under the doctor’s watchful eye. A very fast learner and an extremely hard worker; leaving the sky as the limit. He is training to become a wiz with computer diagnostic equipment. The days of backyard mechanics are near over and with the introduction of alternative fuels, the absolute need for computer diagnostics will be accelerated. Luckily for C&S, we will have Junior to fill this need. |
Genaro Santos “Mr. Clean” View |
| If you have ever wondered how our cars always look so clean…Genaro is that reason. Six days a week he works to maintain our standard of clean, using everything from a vacuum to a toothbrush. You should see his face when it rains…its priceless. Those spotted up cars drive him loco. We have seen him on occasion pull a car inside on a cloudy day. When you ask him why, he’ll tell you, “Weather man says it’s going to rain today.” |
Mike Mitchell a.k.a. “crazy Mikey” View |
| Absolutely one of the best customers a company could ever ask for. It is difficult to say for sure, but our best estimates show him purchasing over 50 cars from C&S Capital. We’re not even really sure if he is on the payroll, but he shows up everyday and works. Come to think of it as soon as we get a car on the lot he is the first person in it; probably scouting his next purchase. We call him “crazy Mikey” because of his stories. If you ever have a day to burn stop in talk with crazy Mikey, he’ll entertain you for hours. He is also our primary driver for “Tomater” our trusty tow truck. |
Dawn “Tuddy” Worthey View |
| One of the kindest, sweetest, and most genuine people you will ever meet. She takes care of us all, including our customers. Everyone comes into speak with her and sometimes refuse to speak with anyone, but her. Whenever you come in to visit us, you’ll be greeted by Tuddy and most likely a handful of candy. She’ll do anything in the world for you, but she’ll also be the first person to tell you when you have done something wrong. |
Mariana Ordaz “ Mariana” View |
| She is the in-house insurance guru and responsible for all things insurance here at C&S Capital. If you have any questions regarding insurance, she is your girl with the answers. John and Dustin like to think of her as their protégé. She works hard to learn and takes on as much responsibility as you give her. |
Justin Klinginsmith a.ka. “Ricky Bobby” View |
| Why do we call him Ricky Bobby, that’s simple, because just like the main character in Taladega Nights, he likes to go fast. On the road and at work he is always full throttle ahead. It’s like he has a caffeine drip hooked up to him all day. He comes to us from a Ford dealership with loads of mechanical experience, enthusiasm, and the will to get things done….. FAST! |
John Kohler “Juanito” View |
| The go to guy for our customers. All of our customers know and love this guy, if you need something done ask for Juanito. He is an expert on all things cars, financing, and insurance. Started his first business at the age of 22, straight out of the University of Missouri. It’s amazing how knowledgeable Juanito is considering his choice in higher education. Anyway…cheap jokes aside, John’s a customer service machine and is always there to help you with whatever you need. |
David “Not a super salesman” Kohler View |
| As we anticipated David has became an important part of the C&S family. Currently he holds the sales associate position. Now you are probably thinking that his position makes no sense because he is not a super salesman, and when we say he isn’t a super salesman we mean it. He absolutely could not sell a ketchup Popsicle to a women in white gloves or sell ice to a person who lives near the Arctic Circle. David is just an ordinary everyday super friendly guy. He has all of the answers for you regarding vehicle choice and financing options. He will work hard for you!! So if you are coming to us to be talked into something, then you are at the wrong place and talking to a guy who is not a super salesman. |
Tyler " The intern" Moorman View |
| The newest character at C&S, his nickname says it all. Whether it’s cleaning cars, answering the phones, or greeting customers, he’s up for any task. Right now he's just learning the ropes, but little does he know he is on track to become another life-long member of C&S. |
