2001 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4WD

To everyone at C&S:

I wanted to write you a thank you note. You guys are amazing! I would not have

made it though the last 2 years without your help! I am blown away by how friendly you

all are. (William is kind of bossy, but he's sweet too) I know business is about money,

but I like that you treat your customers like people instead of dollar signs.

When my car broke down all the way out in Nebraska you came & got the car,

fixed it, & added the money to my payment, any other dealer would have held the car

until I paid off the cost of the repair, then it would have been impossible to get to work to

make the money. Not only that, but you were patient when I lost my job & was getting

back on my feet. As a business you understand things happen in life & you work with

your customers.

I have had my car for 3 years now & have just recently had to fix my brakes. That

let's me know that you took great care in the car before you sold it to me. It is a very rare

thing to find a dealership that is as courteous, sells you a great car, & works with you in

hard times.

I am so appreciative of the way you guys did business. I really would not have

made it though the last 2 years without C&S. I talk very highly about this company &

recommend you to everyone I know. I have dealt with other car dealerships & you guys

are the best by far. I cannot thank you guys enough. I wish nothing but blessings in life &
